Glafki Retreat Tinos Island Stay and Retreat

1. Start your Day

From 7:30 to 9:30 each morning, we begin with wellbeing activities. As the island slowly comes to life, you move, breathe, and reconnect in a calm and supportive space.

9:30 to 10:15  special fitness activities designed to gently awaken the body and clear the mind.

10:15 to 11:30 After practice, a wholesome breakfast is served, simple, nourishing, and shared together, giving you the energy to continue your day feeling grounded and refreshed.

2. Free Time

At 11:00am free time starts and it’s yours to enjoy at your own rhythm. You may choose to explore the beautiful beaches around the island, join optional training sessions, or simply relax at the retreat and unwind. Take time to rest, read in a quiet corner, or treat yourself to a soothing massage.

2:00pm-3:00pm A light lunch is served between 2pm-3pm, offering simple and nourishing flavors to keep you energized while still feeling light and refreshed.

3. End your Day

4:30pm-6:00pm As the sun begins to set, we gather again for an evening wellbeing session, allowing the body to soften and the mind to slow down with meditation/healing. Some evenings include a deeply relaxing sound healing experience, guiding you into stillness and inner balance.

6:00pm-6:45pm special fitness or stretching excersises with Apostolos Daniilidis, head of fitness.

7:00pm-8:30pm The day closes with a wholesome dinner, shared in a warm and easy atmosphere. It is a gentle ending, a time to unwind, reflect, and rest under the quiet energy of the island.

Our founder is a passionate creator who believes that true wellbeing begins from within. Nicole leads our wellness initiatives with care and over two decades of experience, holding space with presence, knowledge, and heart.

Our Team

In recent years, energy healing and meditation have become a path of personal exploration and growth, guiding me toward my soul’s purpose. Along this journey, I became an Angelic Reiki Master, I also work with Usui Reiki, and I integrate Akashic and shamanic tools into my practice.

I guide group meditations and hold cacao ceremonies, creating spaces for connection and inner exploration. Through this work, my intention is first to align with myself, and then support others in reconnecting with their true selves and with nature. 🌿

Panos Kontogiorgos is a Senior Yoga Teacher and Yoga Teacher Trainer (RYT 500) with nearly 15 years of teaching experience in yoga studios, wellness and fitness clubs, and yoga retreats. Through his teaching, he helps students develop strength, mobility, and functional flexibility, approaching yoga in a modern, dynamic, and accessible way.

As a yoga teacher trainer, he shares his knowledge and experience with the next generation of instructors. He specializes in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Restorative, and Yin Yoga, guided by the belief that yoga is for everyone.

Aliki weaves her workshops through free, non-performative movement. She believes that movement is the body’s ancient, primal language of expression, our wisest tool and the soul’s connection to the Earth.

Movement therapy becomes the path we dance to find our way home, back to the healing, mind–body connection. It is a non-dual union, a dance of remembrance.

This workshop welcomes anyone from the age of 5 to 105 and simply asks for curiosity and a spirit of playfulness.

Matoula has over 20 years of experience in holistic practices. She is a Reiki Master, a certified Breathwork Trainer with the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance, and is trained in holistic therapies rooted in the shamanic philosophy of the Q’ero tradition. She also practices counseling and psychotherapy through an integrative psychology approach, and for the past 20 years has represented Greece in the International Breathwork Foundation (IBF).

The combination of her gifts has led her on a path that bridges ancient wisdom with modern science, expressed through a truly holistic approach to healing. As she says, “Healing is a restorative experience we access through the body itself.”
I have been working as a reflexologist since 2010, and along my path I have trained in facial massage, breathwork, Bach and Australian flower remedies, and Ama-Deus, an energy healing practice from Brazil. I integrate these approaches to support both the physical body and the emotional balance of each person.

Reflexology is a natural, complementary therapy. Through gentle pressure on the feet and hands, the body relaxes, allowing its natural self-healing process to activate. At the same time, I work with flower remedies as a subtle, supportive tool that helps restore emotional balance and encourages positive shifts in mindset, which can naturally reflect on overall wellbeing.
In the holy journey of healing and transformation, I stand as the certainty within the sequence.

With over half a decade of experience as a healer, I offer a grounding presence, guiding the flow of energy to ensure enlightened paths. Inspired by pure love, I become the vessel for you to explore profound connections and realizations that lead to growth and knowing.

Through guided meditations and static or moving practices, with sound or silence, we navigate the boundaries of acceptance, faith and gratitude.

Apostolos Daniilidis is a Health & Performance Coach with a strong background in injury management and performance training. He combines scientific expertise with a personalized approach to help guests improve strength, mobility, and overall wellbeing within a luxury retreat environment.

He is dedicated to creating tailored fitness experiences that align with each guest’s individual goals, whether focused on recovery, performance, or relaxation. Through a combination of one-to-one coaching, small group sessions, and functional training methods, he ensures a balanced and results-driven wellness journey.
Vicky works with a calm, intuitive approach, offering massage sessions that support both physical release and emotional balance. With a deep respect for the body’s natural rhythm, her touch invites the nervous system to slow down, allowing tension to soften and the body to return to a state of ease.

Her practice blends relaxation techniques with therapeutic bodywork, always adapted to the needs of each individual. Whether you are holding stress, fatigue or simply seeking a moment of stillness, each session is designed as a safe and nurturing space to unwind and reconnect. Through her presence and grounded energy, Vicky creates an experience that goes beyond massage, a quiet moment to pause, breathe and restore from within.
